  • How do you order?
  • Via our website or download the app. Enter the postcode and order groceries from your chosen local store. Products will be delivered within 1 hour.
  • Do you offer both “delivery” and “click and collect” services?
  • Yes, our stores offer delivery and collection services to allow you to shop in the best way for you.
  • Can I pay in cash?
  • Unfortunately our 3rd party delivery company don’t accept cash and therefore we cannot accept cash payment on delivery.
  • What happens if an item is out of stock?
  • We will be contact you regarding a substitution item and endeavour to deliver your products as close to your original selected products as possible.
  • Something went wrong with my order, what do I do?

  • How much does Yuu cost?
  • The price is based on retailer online price list. A delivery £3.50 is charged for each order placed.
  • Do I need a smartphone to place an order?
  • As well as the Yuu android and apple mobile apps you can also place an order on our website from desktop or laptop PC
  • What if no stores are listed?
  • We are trying to rollout the service across as many UK postcodes as possible. if no store is listed for your direct area we would welcome that you feedback to our team at [email protected]
  • How can I create an account?
  • You can easily create an account via our Mobile App
  • What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
  • There is a password reset function within the login page of our Mobile App.
  • Do you accept phone orders?
  • No, at this time orders can only be accepted via our mobile app.
  • When will I be charged for my order?
  • You will be charged as soon as you confirm payment at the checkout.
